I usually make sure to check on the artisan when i come across what i believe to be remarkable pieces, but i most likely would have put this one immediately in the melt pile without a second thought.

On my end, nothing too fancy today. I won this little .950 spoon from 1810 weighting 27gr for 5€, which is nice, and more interesting, this lot of silver coins (next post) for 44€, worth 70€ in melt and with a sought after 50F Hercules. Pretty comfy!
