Living in a condo in the midwest.
Pic related is 1 person living alone.
Car is $8k but paid off.
Still using the same phone from 4 years ago.
Same laptop for 6 years.
Haven't shopped for clothes in 2 years.
Only things missing are the additional $20 cell phone service that my family pays for me.
Also, once I find a job, I'll have to pay for health insurance.
But I don't see a reason for an average person to have much more than my monthly expenses.
