I bought them both for dividends on some anons reccomendation and now DHY is up like 12% and Im wondering if I should sell it and take the gains

I've got afew bond related stocks/etfs mainly for dividends, but Im wondering if I should sell them due to the coming rate rise
How much can I expect their value to decrease if the fed raises rates?
