Just environments that don't even touch finances or financial education in the slightest. Families that don't talk about money with their kids while they're young and don't continue to explain things as they mature.

We really need a push for more financial education in grade schools here in the US but, of course, that would lead to future generations being smarter with their money, which could take away from borrowing and debt, which the US runs on. Its a tough spot, I feel.
