Where do I stick the last 25% of my portfolio? I'd like to keep my account only 12.5% cash but instead I'm 37.5% cash.

I prefer semiconductors and tech. Stuff that may 3x in less than 6 months if covid doesn't resurge would also be alright.

Suggestions?
