I think it depends on your goals. Right now the market is crabbing, dipping and then recovering a little because of fears of the DJIA collapsing or something. I think in 2 months there will be more certainty and the market will grow quickly again, likewise the crypto coins will also grow.

On the flip side the market might crash and crypto will collapse, but in the long term it always recovers if you didn't invest your bucks into a get rich quick shitcoin.

So the established standards like link will bounce between 9-15 dollars for the next 2 months, might crash back to 2, might moon to 30 by the end of the year. Hedging your bets on what's going to be where is part of the process unless you're just day trading for each gain.
