It's a dapp, you are looking at a dapp that is on chain, gas is paid though gas stations so the only thing you as a user needs to do is write and post, no wallets no gas no crypto.
Same thing goes for most dapps, there was an NFT marketplace proof of concept that let people create and sell nfts without ever having owned any currency, it just used gas stations to mind and sell his shit. Imagine an indian kid having to have a bank account, kyc on an exchange, buy eth, make a wallet, then can mint an nft. Where in kda you just fucking mint it for $0.
