I haven't been here for a really long time since the last time shit hit the bed real good, but I'm looking to get more involved into crypto again. As a computer science cuck, is there anything I can actively do to help with my portfolio? I thought about getting into technical analysis, or at least perhaps combining it with some of my compsci knowledge(or rather build upon it by learning). I'm mainly looking for experienced people to perhaps point me into the right direction. I have been studying but it does not feel fullfilling and I haven't done anything on the side because I don't have the autistic passion without making any money, so perhaps putting my efforts into crypto might get me to create something for myself. Alright anons. Im from Canada and im thinking of getting into real estate development. Right now Im working as residential appraiser for refinance/equity pull out, etc. The work is Ok, but my boss is a fucking prick. I'm looking to slowly but surely become independent.

I do have a good foundation of knowledge with the real estate market. But still, i wish to look towards those who are out here doing it. Would you believe starting out doing home flip reno's of 2-storey, bungalows, semi's is better or whether to buy something, update it lease it out and then decide how to proceed in the future with regards to doing a reno/top-up or just selling it/using it as collateral towards another project. Which direction would you recommend?
