I'm 27 years old. My current assets are

-approx 140k in my checking
-inherited property worth 800k with no leans which generates 2.2k net income per month
-80k credit limit with credit cards, 500k heloc loan available for use. (so total credit line of 580k)
-270k in crypto


Total monthly bills are $500 (health insurance and internet, plus electricity. My parents still pay for my cell phone because we're on a good family plan)
I live in a 1.6MM condo, but don't own it, my parents do.

I have a younger sister who is shitty with business, and my parents have a real estate mini empire worth about 22MM at the moment, which generates about 39k net income per month. (this cap rate is low because of the properties we live in, and doesn't account for the ones already transferred over). I will inherit the bulk of the properties since I already basically run the business with my dad. Also my parents are super traditional and jewy so if they give my sister too much some hot dude will probably trick her and steal the properties from her somehow through emotional manipulation and shitty state divorce laws.

Give me some ideas on how to proceed into adulthood. I don't do drugs, drink socially, and have spent 2 years travelling the world and fucking classy hookers and tinder sluts, who I just take on ultra lavish dates. (Protip, if you're tall and even remotely good looking, just take a girl to a $500+ dinner and give her the impression you're family oriented and she'll let you do anything you want.). So basically I'm done with all that shit.

I'm in an incredible position to do something great with my life, unfortunately my mind has been fucked over by boarding schools, narcissistic parents, and 4chan since I was like 12. Give me some good ideas and if they're not retarded I may send you a few grand.
