I would argue that Amazon is better (or even further, local small biz pet shops might even fair better to a point). Chewy could capitalize, but they need to roll out some heavy marketing and make some exclusive deals or something. Even then, it might be too much of a risk because Amazon could snap them in 2 at any time they wanted.
