It is too early to say. At least we can hope for the 3GD collapse and refugees from Hong Kong. As for India they may be creating their own refugee problem, so we may see an influx of Indian muslims.

So the dollar will still have strength so as long as there are asylum seekers in the end, so I wouldn't give up hope (that is, if you care about the dollar, and not the neighborhood you live in turning browner than it already is).
