idk man I just hate suburbia and having to drive everywhere to get anywhere, it's just so unaesthetic. It's like everything becomes an island with zero association to anything else.

Supposedly good relationships are built through repeated, unplanned interactions, and I think that doesn't just apply to people, but for living spaces as well.

I think it's more due to the lack of community of people today and the want to not have to isolate yourself in a box in this space ship from everyone else, go to work on your island, go to get food on another island, and then return home to your other island. All spontaneity is dead in a car.
