Opinion on small oil companies that dont produce oil yet, but hold stakes in exploration licenses and non producing fields?
Take for example Deltic Energy with a market cap of 20 million, they have 2 joint ventures with Shell in 2 undrilled oil fields. But it will probably take at least 4 year until the first field actually starts producing.
