According to the financial geniuses of /biz/
>in America you need to retire with $3 million just to have a decent life.

Meanwhile the reality in Europe, and /biz/lets can't bullshit me on this because I live there
>$500k in an index fund yielding 8% annually is literally middle-class lifestyle with 10+ years working experience and double that at $1 million you are upper middle-class.

Conclusion:
1. /biz/lets are lying through their teeth to spread anxiety and confusion
2. Americans are really fucking poor in relative terms.

bond rates are going higher also because cashing in a bond before maturity requires discounting, and the bond market is currently heavily shorted, making new bonds require even higher rates to attract buyers with all these available half-matured bonds around.

and that makes the half-matured bonds worth even less so the discounts at the bond market are going to get greater and greater as the bigest bank run of all time happens before your eyes.

eyes a wonderful color, they make so sweet

5 years of university done, time to apply for a job and climb the ladder like everyone else. Dirt poor atm, can't find a job for the life of me. 3 months and 40 applications later and I'm realize that I wish to rather kms than to become a wage slave. Degrees are worthless when the middle class has been eroded. Everyone is indebted, no one owns their house, car, takes two to get a mortgage, people have to take loans to go on vacation. System is fucked, I realize this now as a fresh graduate (thank god).

Yesterday I had an epiphany, there is only one way out and that is to start a business. Luckily I'm in a slightly better position than most, I have a sizable crypto bag. I will sell all and start a business in the next cycle. I have found my purpose.

I will get rich or die trying

Is swing trading without leverage the smartest way to trade? There is very little risk involved with blue-chips like BTC an ETH, that are meant to eventually go up. You literally cannot lose in monetary value.

So the event that caused BTC to go sub $20k had to do with FTX right? And it brought everything else down with it. Now that the jew is behind bars will the market rally? If this was the end of crypto why are we still so high in terms of market valuation?

How likely is it that we are aiming for at summer '23 bullrun?

So, I have been trying to find some decent plays all weekend. Profitable companies that have been beaten down
>STNE
For the third quarter, Stone expects to continue expand revenue and profitability:

Total revenue should exceed R$ 2.4 billion, with a growth of over 63% year over year;

MSMB TPV should continue to grow and remain between R$ 73 and R$ 74 billion;

Adjusted EBT (earnings before taxes) is expected to exceed R$ 125 million, against R$ 107 million in the second quarter.

>NU - Brazil bank/crypto -Buffet backed
Nu increased its revenue 230% year on year to nearly $1.2 billion after neutralizing the impact of foreign currency exchanges -- a record-high quarterly revenue. Management attributes this growth to the compounding effect in two areas: the growing number of monthly active customers, and rising product upsell and cross-sell levels. So the ability to sell multiple products to existing customers ultimately drives the company's blazing-hot, triple-digit revenue growth.

I'm Ukrainian and I've never visited a fastfood or eaten a burger/pizza/taco. I also haven't had soft drinks for like 15 years, no snacks either (with the exception of a bag of potato chips last year). R8.
