Help me build a budget. Please.

I have serious black holes in my pockets. Got 1000 back on my federal return and it's already gone. Any you all recommend some good budgeting apps or maybe a link to a good spreadsheet?

I've tried in the past but there's usually so much stuff in those apps or on those sheets that doesn't apply to me that it feels pointless. I'm just tired of living paycheck to paycheck when I really don't have to. Anything would be helpful.
