Bitcoin seems to be way too high right now, unnaturally so. There's no way it's going to hold steady or even increase, right?

There's something important which I haven't heard people really talk about:

Where do the LINK coins even fit into this?

Sergey hasn't talked about them at all, only that it's a kind of intermediary technology which will revolutionize cryptocurrency transactions. He seems smart and may have invented the next big thing but what is going to make LINK coins spring up in value at all?

Can somebody explain how LINK coins themselves are valuable at all if ChainLink is more of a software innovation to allow safer decentralized transactions?
