this is bad news, if this goes through it will only get worse, under biden it will probably be expanded into all indexes and eventually 50% female and 30% minority mandated by law and they will make sure the 50% females are white so the 30% minority are counted separate and they would have wrestled 80% of control of all publicly traded companies.
