Can someone explain to me why I'm retarded in spending a couple grand in 2 year long call inverse ETF options?

If we get a downturn like Feb-March 2020 they'll be worth 10x my portfolio and if we keep having growth they are really just a minor loss compared to how much everything else is currently making.

It feels like a cheap insurance policy on the rest of my portfolio unless the market just crabs for 2 years.

Why are my hands always made of paper. I would be retired by now if I wasn't such a paper handed faggot. I bought back in at .06 but only for a meager 10k coins as I don't want to take my brokerage below 35k before tomorrow.
