Trading being suspended is NOT being delisted, and it literally cannot fucking be delisted without a Form 25 being filed. It can however be suspended from trading during a chapter 11 bankruptcy protection proceeding, especially if evidence has been found that the stock is massively oversold and there are more shares held than should be. Which, given that OBV is at negative MORE FUCKING SHARES THAN EXIST FOR THE COMPANY WITH THEIR WITHDRAWAL OF S1 OFFERING there is obvious and easily identifiable fuckery afoot.
