As for me, I've only had it happen twice in my life, and both times I was never in a position to capitalize on it. They were both related to those beermoney/GPT sites. I stumbled upon a glitch on the site that would let me trigger a "you've received credit" at will. Needless to say I could have done very well but what ended up stopping me was an inability to make hundreds of accounts so as to avoid suspicion. One account cashing out hundreds a day would raise every kind of red flag but 400 or so accounts cashing out $2 a day not so much.
