Let's be honest, if the world reaches a point where we have to revert to using gold/silver as currency then it'll have been about 50 years after a total global collapse of society. "They" control FIAt currency and will ensure it stays afloat because they also happen to control the printing presses that are central banks. Why would they let their scam collapse? Nothing short of a global economic collapse and breakdown of society will stop them and it'll be chaos for decades after that. People won't be trading shiny metal, they'll be trading supplies, food, weapons and skills first. Only after the initial chaos when civilisations start to form again will we be trading gold/silver.

Anyone who truly believes that somehow silver will rocket up to the moon and you'll be able to buy an acre of land for 1 oz is an idiot. Collect silver because it's a fun metal, invest in gold because it's a hedge against inflation.
