deranged people still believe saudi arabia has capacity to pump more oil but want oil at $120 for some reason (which in actuality only causes significant demand destruction). If OPEC actually had spare capacity they would've been pumping months ago, but they still want the west to believe they have that capacity otherwise they have no bargaining power.
