Go to the park, the library, the pool, the woods, the museum, whatever. I guess you could go to the church of some organized religion if you're the kind of person who's into that. If not, look up a few basic guides to meditation. There are legitimate, scientific studies linking meditation to the cessation of addiction. Take up some hobbies. But whatever you do, for let's say a month, be away from your computer as much as possible. Instead of browsing internet threads to kill time, try a book. But as soon as it becomes habit to do things other than porn/masturbation, you'll stop having the urge. Then you can return to the computer when it's no longer second nature for you to open a private tab and type in xvideos whenever you're bored.
