NVDA is the one and only player in the AI industry and gave the market a huge guidance. It could be trading at 100x its revenue and it would still be cheap if you consider the potential gains of AI (which is the main hype going on right now). Who cares about revenue and earnings right now when you will earn trillions in the next decade with AI, bro? NVDA has full trust of the market that it will do great things with AI. As such, money flows into it.
In my opinion it's much more understandable and less risky to get into tech than commodities (for the past 10 years that is, unless you managed to score the 'rona bottom)
There is no recession in the US and new real estate production spiked like crazy this month if the statistics are to be believed. It's just China manipulating the markets again
