Not directly. I'm of the school of thought that you hedge by reducing your exposure to a level you're comfortable with. That said, I sell calls every month and make around 10-20k each time depending on premium so that's a sorta a hedge for the down side. Sometimes I have to roll though. Also, in addition to SOXL, I trend trade in my futures account which has been very profitable and quite uncorrelated with stocks in general. Also, I have a pretty sizable crypto holding and I do lots of reversion to the mean trades in another equities account. SO I'm not hedged on SOXL per se but I am reasonably diversified. And of course when SOXX goes under the 200 day average, I will sell my SOXL.
