Kadena is highly flawed, Each shard has the same execution env, the same finality properties, the same DA mode, the same languages, same AA tradeoffs.
The future is devs setting up however many L2s they need for their dapp, all of them will be settling their blob data on ETH which then will be deleted after a few months, I could not think of a more perfect system if I tried.
