It's bullshit though because prices in renting and owning today are built around having a partner who have their own income. You spend a lot no matter what and if you're gonna get into a market based around you having a partner you should get into the one where you leave something behind which is of course owning.

The pricing of buying is majorly just exaggerated by people whom don't understand what I said before and that it's priced around having two people each having their own income. Additionally too there's too many kids out there wanting to buy more than they need like a 3 bedroom house with a pool while single and pay no attention to condos or just buying an apartment unit.
