America is actually already on the decline. It has been the world reserve currency for about 60 years now. The average cycle for a world reserve currency is 100 years, see pic. Also major empires typically only last 300 years, not 120. The US is nearing that figure too.

This doesn't mean that the USA will cease to exist, obviously. It just means that there will be a Great Reset of some sorts. Change of government, or even change of government form (see Rome that went from a Republic to an Empire). There may be another seccession attempt by the southern states (or California when the government doesn't turn as progressive as they'd like).
