there wont be a recession or a big debt crisis:
- corporate profits will not decline because of layoffs + gig economy + industry consolidation/scaling effects + AI cost optimization
- nimbler organization due to layoffs will not stagnate in R&D + innovation because of AI productivity increase per engineer/researcher
- banking crisis time window has passed (remember Balaji's bet), any further regional bank failing will just be bought up and consolidated by a bigger bank
- increasing personal debt will not be an issue, because of the incoming $78 trillion wealth of dying boomers being distributed among the younger generations to pay off their debt and keep consumption running
- shortage of workers? mass immigration
- cost of living crisis & tent cities? gig economy + pod homes
- commercial RE vacancies? transform them into residential properties and pod homes
