I don't know why Twitter being down would be necessary because once MOASS begins, the price will spike so high FOMO won't be possible because everyone will be immediately priced out. Of course there will be those who will buy a single share of GME for tens of thousands of dollars, but I can't see how a Twitter blackout would need to mitigate that sort of thing. I think Twitter going down is probably for other nefarious reasons.
