No idea if this one is legit, but there are european specifications out there. I've seen one that was cheaper before, but can't find it now. This one looks kinda expensive (but images seem indicate quality at least), and the site is old and http only. I don't have money to buy now so I'm not done or actively researching.
Don't know how warm to touch, might need a grill for protection.
A 100v transformer probably isn't the worst thing to have if you also want to play japanese consoles, but I think it would be a bit much. Would be a lot more convenient to build a premade one of course.
