Once the SDR is on mainstage, the low interests rates of the USD, GBP, EUR will be blamed for dragging down the interest rate of the SDR (IMF announced a floor for the interest rate of the SDR last week, effectively raising the rate up to the floor at 0.05%) so the RMB and most likely Gold will be added to the SDR basket.

Countries holding trash USDs/T-Bonds will be able to directly convert to SDRs, making the SDR the new World Reserve Currency.
