Yes. If you google data sci job outlook you can find several sources indicating strong, upward demand for data scientists all the way to 2030 and beyond. this is a great time to get into the space, and landing a junior data analyst or junior BA role should be achieveable for most anons here with some online certifications/courses

also, personally, this is the route i chose and it worked out really well for me. like i said before im finally transitioning out of being on the engineering side into a 275k+/yr job and that's thanks to data sci

Moving from being a software engineer to a presales engineer at the same company. new comp structure has a variable commission portion for the clients i help close deals on

i'm fucking stoked to leave behind all the jeets and female "project managers" who make life living hell in professional services. im gonna work my ass off, farm commission, and enjoy the fuck out of what i do. love you guys, we're all gonna make it

Anon, I'm 8 years older than you but you remind me of past me. First, great job on having a 401k and no debt before 30-- you are clearly ahead of the curve compared to the typical broke zoomer/millenial.

You have a few options, but based on what you've told me, you should either invest in crypto or pay down your mortgage before going for another rental property. Way easier to build a real estate portfolio if you arent balancing debt with a bunch of mortgages

You can always HELOC your equity back out if you change your mind later, but eliminating the mortgage completely re-risks your life and frees up your entire income to do cool shit with

held INJ since $1-2, bought all my bags in like 2021 when we were in testnet and before first dex went live

I've been selling into this pump every $5 it climbs and it never fuckin stops man.even as I take out 10% chunks of my position, the growth just keeps pumping me higher and higher. this is unlike anything i've felt in crypto. I've still got 1000 INJ to sell off and another 1000 locked up in staking. ive actually made it off this investment guys, its finally my fucking turn
