If you google data sci job outlook you can find several sources indicating strong, upward demand for data scientists all the way to 2030 and beyond. this is a great time to get into the space, and landing a junior data analyst or junior BA role should be achieveable for most anons here with some online certifications/courses

You have a few options, but based on what you've told me, you should either invest in crypto or pay down your mortgage before going for another rental property. Way easier to build a real estate portfolio if you arent balancing debt with a bunch of mortgages
