This contract and dev is fucking retarded. Ignoring the fact that under normal circumstances, the dev will win the pot over 6 times for every 1 time someone else wins it (1 in 69 vs 1 in 420), the random aspect is not even close to random.

Look at how the random number is calculated - it's made up of the block timestamp (predictable because blocks on BSC happen exactly every 3 seconds), the pot amount (publicly known), and an internal fibonacci number (also predictable because it is based on the number of token transfers, which is also publicly known).
