The RSR pump happening right now is based off the fake news that coinbase listed RSR. The shills tried to present the custody wallet which let you store RSR for months, as new news. The shills should be prosecuted for trying to create a hype event out of fake news and defrauding impressionable investors.

So the RSR moved some funds from the slow wallet for exchange listings and price control mechanisms. They will receive the funds around 11 September. If you think about it why would you list on Binance before the price control funds arrive? Well basically Binance did a chainlink move. Enlist a token earlier then it's competition to get new fund entering the exchange.
