There are only two cases in which you can be libertarian.
1. You are deluded enough to think that a society without laws can work.
2. You are rich as fuck and you know that in a society without laws the only law is money.

You can do anything that is considered a crime anywhere else because you have the money for your private army that protects you. You can have slaves, you can rape children, and so on.

I don't think that Roger Ver falls in category 1.
