can someone give me a rundown of what the SEC has been going after Elon for over the past like 6 years or so
I know that they went after him for hinting about taking tesla private in 2018, but what else have they been hounding him for and why is it all complete bullshit?
I dont want to here from Musk haters, I can just google it and read MSM if I want that
Whats the objective to slightly Musk biased takes on whats going on with the SEC vs Musk?

Also, Im asking because I think theres a chance SEC will go after Trump for bullshit reasons so I want to gauge how truly bullshit the cases against Musk are to gauge the chance of them going for Trump
