I am the worst options trader ever. Should I just quit I'm down over 50k and have around 2.5k in my account. I would like to make some of it back instead of just leaving like this where I throw every paycheck and slowly bleed it away.

This is the first tine I've seen futures with the S&P 500 down -2 and VIX down -.70 (from when I last checked). How the fuck does this happen? Usually when the S&P 500 is down VIX goes +10.
