You can not be scammed if you do not make an investment. The devs can not sell their supply unless they put Pi on exchanges. Simple as that.
Maybe the project will collapse or your 10k Pi stack will peak at 10$ before Pi bleeds into obscurity like Electroneum did. But there is no scenario where you come out with a net loss besides the data theft allegations which are far-fetched and impractical. Why do you want to see Pi fail so badly?
