You should wake up at 7am, shower/shit. Leave the house at 7:30am and drive for a half hour. Doesn't matter where just be back at your computer desk at exactly 8am. Then sit in the same spot doing nothing until 12 noon. This time you can sit at a kitchen table and eat a prepared meal. Microwave food and canned food is acceptable or a sandwich you made the night before. You can't make anything from scratch. Be sure to be back at your desk at 1pm. Then sit there for another four hours doing nothing. Finally at 5pm you can start to leave the house to get to your car, but close to the door you stop for 5 minutes (to simulate a coworker talking to you after leaving time). Finally drive around for a half hour and now you are free. AND STOP THINKING YOU HAVE IT BAD!!!
