You're a moron. If rates drop there will not be more supply in desirable areas and all the retards that bought in the last 3 months will just refi. If there's a "crash" EVERYTHING is impacted and historically stocks WILL dip harder than the actual housing market so if you thought you were smart just stashing everything in the Sneed and Piss 500 then you should basically expect to take a 30 percent haircut while housing prices probably only fall 20 percent.
Realistically the best time to buy a house is whenever one comes in the market that you can actually see yourself living in for 10+ years and then spreading open your cheeks for a real estate agent to FUCK YOUR HOLE and taking out as big a loan that you can possibly pay off month to month.
If you don't like that news then sorry, I didn't make them. Come to terms with the fact that you will always be a renter or come to reality that home buying isn't fun and there will be no magical event that lets you buy your dream home/condo for cheap.
