Got $1,300,000 after Tax (initial was $80,000 and I got really lucky when exiting..)

it is all in a private bank and currently only $200,000 is invested into pension funds yielding about 2.5% annually as I'm trying to figure what I invest the rest into.

I'm 22, living at home so I will need a house eventually

what do I invest into? looking for lowest risk that could yield 5-7% annually

cashed out $1,240,000 minus 25% tax + $250,000 I already had in the bank before

I have 1.5m in crypto and live in Israel
the banks here don't want money involved in crypto at all, they don't accept taking it.

what can I fucking do now?

where can I open a bank that will accept it?
which exchangers can actually move USD to that bank?
if I want to buy an apartment in Israel, can I pay using a bank in a different country?

what else do I need to know and did anyone here actually cash out a large amount?

rate mine, I know it is pretty spread out but I find it less stressing that way (relying on a selection of few coins to pump is shitty imo)

also, I have 560k sitting in USD waiting to be taken out to my bank after I pay the shitty taxes
