They literally charge 0.05 ETH fees for withdrawals. Also their prices for ETH markets are usually 0.05 ETH less than the current price. I'm pretty sure they are probably doing this themselves and just cashing in on all the idiots buying XRB (as I tried to be). However, I now have 1. something ETH stuck in BitGrail, because I will not pay their fucking idiotic high fees.
