Since pmg is a recurring general, it's impossible to avoid bots by disguising the op, but you can still add human challenges. Every thread, add a random challenge like the following:
>End your post with a single digit number
>Make your name the name of a city
>Make your name the name of a cheese
>Begin your post with a special character
>Capitalize a random letter
>Make an obvious typo
Stuff like this could work, depending on how sophisticated the bot is
