It usually comes with drug addiction, severely dysfunctional family relationships, and a complete inability to deal with the real-world once your safety net falls through. I made peace with this years ago, after having to work for these so-called "people". They always had a 60 year old director of ops. running the company because they didn't know shit, anytime they would have a meeting/meet owners their hands would be shaking. They are completely at the whim of the people around them despite the illusion of control, whether that's mom and dad or the people who actually manage their money.

I went to school full-ride and worked FT. It fucking blew, but I have skills and a mind that functions in leagues of superiority to nepobabies. Being a nepobaby is like being a woman, in that your life is easy mode but you are an inferior creature able to be crushed at any moment.

How bad is pay starting? I make $18 hourly at a fluff job totally unrelated to accounting, and some of the shit I see for graduates is at $16-17 hourly with an internship, which makes me even less enthusiastic about finishing this.
