I have 3.85 million EUR in Berlin and feel pretty borderline.

Sure I kind of made it but any nice house here is like 1-2 Million bucks. I rather rent 80m2 flat in an average area for 1100 bucks and don't have to worry about anything.

$1.5m lean - cut off for safely never having to work again if you're smart
$3.5m comfy - do whatever, but don't be retarded with expensive stuff
$8m fat - economics guiding normal people fall apart e.g. selling your used stuff is no longer worth your time etc.
