Should we short Euros since nationalists are going to destroy the EU the way they just destroyed political consensus in the US?

So, assume I have money in euros. What do mid-term strategy (say, 1 year)? Most say Euro will continue to fall soon, but exchanging all the money for say USD is expensive (at least 2% lost through the exchanges) and still risky. Investing in ETF's? Shit has been rising heavily, who knows if we're not at the peak right now.

TL;DR what do at a possible peak of the stock market but when interests are low
