Here's an expanded (but slightly older) version of Rod's spreadsheet. Basically he's crowdsourcing order numbers from the Gamestop online store to estimate e-commerce, then builds a model from there. He has a bull, bear and base case using different numbers for things like e-commerce as a % of sales.
