check the supply, at $1 ARB/USD there would be $5 billion insider tokens dumping into only $1 billion worth of circulating supply. Unless an alt bullrun happens very soon there is no way it stays above $0.20, likely panic dumping drops it to $0.10 or lower, but I think $0.10 is a safe buy in area given current macro conditions which of course are subject to change. Maybe we get an alt bullrun soon and I'll raise it to $0.20.
