I'm experiencing depersonalization, brain fog, and dizziness. When I talk at work it sounds like I'm hearing someone else's voice and kind of takes me back. I don't smoke weed but I have been drinking more to self-medicate since I'm burned out at work and out of PTO. Posting with you lads since I came home in the middle of the day for a mental health break. Just going to say fuck it and take leave without pay.
